Regional Sales Execs:

We’re looking for Regional Sales Executives who thrive on bringing new technologies to large enterprises to drive significant business value by disrupting the traditional way of doing things. We want people who love challenging the status quo and articulating business value to CIOs/CTOs, Architects and senior Ops/Infrastructure personnel across large enterprises. If you are an A-player, love a challenge and love converting prospects into loyal and happy customers…while also achieving massive upside, then let’s talk. ScaleArc sales execs can drive clear messaging across various organizations within a large enterprise to drive consensus and excitement, but also have a strong understanding of the underlying technology driving this value.

Oh yes, and if you have a Solution Architect partner-in-crime that you love to work with, bring them along to meet us. Our Solution Architects are our lifeblood in the field.

Solutions Architects:

For Solution Architects (i.e., technical pre-sales), ScaleArc is the first technology to solve critical database issues in the network. As such, we sit at the nexus of application development, database administration and core Layer 4-7 networking for the underlying SQL protocol across MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle database environments. Being a disruptive technology, we rely on our Solutions Architects to be our evangelists across multiple technology disciplines. We seek highly technical, ambitious and energetic individuals who can speak at both high and low technical levels, and can also translate that into real business value. Every day is a challenge, you will never stop learning, and you will absolutely love working at ScaleArc.

Sales Development Reps (SDR):

We need intelligent and high energy SDRs to work out of our headquarters in Santa Clara, and to help us achieve our sales initiatives by supporting outside teams. The SDR plays a critical role in growing our business, so we need the best. We need multi-talented SDRs who can develop qualified prospects through cold calling, referral network nurturing, Channel Partner development, and managing follow-up of various marketing and social media programs. The SDR will work with a group of seasoned sales and marketing professionals to crack large enterprise accounts.  We want the best and brightest who love to hunt and be successful, and who are ambitious in their career goals.
